Hey. I am looking for an oil pan for the RD1 tibby that has a 3/8" barb welded to it. I would rather buy one, so I can save my other oil pan. If anyone has one for sale PLEASE hit me up with the price. My zipcode is 53005 for shipping as well. Thanks!

i got a 6 quart modded oil pan for sale.. has a welded fitting in it for a NPT thread. all you would need is an NPT to barb fitting and you would be good to go. 75$ + shipping.

3/8ths barb!?!?

1st. 3/8ths is TINY. I use that size for fuel lines LOL

2nd. Spend the extra 20$ and switch to a threaded fitting instead of using barb. Much cleaner install and a little less worry free down the road.

Do it right the first time. Just my .02 cents..take it or leave fing02.gif

You are supposed to use 5/8th's, which also converts to -10an.

It is a 3/8th PIPE barb for the return line not just a 3/8th barb.

Im pretty sure hes using a mitsu turbo and maybe thats the size it uses? Anyway, get a pan and have it ready and let me know. He'll do whatever size you want or whatever and for cheap. Pm me if you want.

Lets compare a -10 to your 3/8th "PIPE" barb.

3/8th = .375" ID
-10 OD 5/8" = 9/16 ID or .5625"

Hell STOCK boosted dsms have return lines of .590"ID and thats stock.

I am wokring with a local turbo shop that specializes in them. This is the setup that they are telling me to get for the return line. I have everything for it already, except the barb on my oil pan. I am only going by what the turbo mechanics are telling me to do.
