I used to have a hesitation problem on the blue tib, spark plugs would look fine but after changing them about a month later it would misfire. I put in NGK platinums and NGK spark plug wires (PRD wasn't around at the time), it's been a year or so and the car is still running on those with no hesitation (from what i know, my cousin always tells me about the problems she has with it, i try to get her to come and post on here but she doesn't have the internet..) anyway, i don't think upgrading spark plug wires is that big of a deal, they look nice and will give you better ignition if you currently have a problem with your OEM ones, that's about it.
BTW, PRDs are more expensive than NGKs..
