They are horrible. Look at their feedback. Or better yet, look at their BBB record. Or even better, search here on the site for info about them.

Yea, but rights that are recent outweight wrongs that were in the past.
Let me add that when Team-SR had a sale back in December 2003, when I ordered my Club GT-R front end, the product made it to my area very quickly, but the stress of waiting extra days for it after that was the fault of the freight company in Orlando. So that's another good review from late 2003.

Wrongs in the past?
They have plenty of wrongs in the CURRENT. Folks still post their issues here when they order, and we get several of them a month at Kspec.
Their Ebay rating is 95%.
They have 16 Negative Feedbacks in the past year, 19 Neutrals.
Almost all of their feedback is complaints about lack of communication and horrible fitting bodykits, or, late shipping/lying.
Even a good amount of their GOOD feedback has complaints about communication and shipping.
Now, you know as well as I do that Ebay Feedback is usually GOOD from folks so they get good feedback also, so that 16 and 19 amount is LOW as hell.

Yeah, Team Evolution/TeamSR has problems with communication. However, I just ordered a new front bumper from them for my car and got it in a couple days. I even ordered a new foglight for my Cuda kit from them and got it in two weeks since it was coming from Korea.
I have heard tons of horror stories, but for the most part, all of my transactions with them went without a hitch. The only one thing that I had an issue with was when I wanted to find out more information about something and they never got back to me, but I always did get any parts that I ordered from them.
