I am in desprite need of a 2.5" exhaust for the RD1. I need it from the downpipe all the way to the muffler. If anyone has one or can make one for cheap, hit me up.

 

find a reputable local shop that does "custom" exhaust. That will probably end up being the cheapest.

You probably won't get mandrel or ss, but zinc coated isn't too bad and then go back over there work, spray high temp paint on the welds.

 

Give me a couple days man. Im hoping to be able to do these really soon.

It will be all mandrel bends welded together. I will do a catback and then I will be offering intercooler kits and downpipes as well. Its hard to do the turbo stuff though without a car. I havent posted a thread on it because of the initial investment being so huge. But I am ready to do it anytime really. Options would be 2.25-3 inch. Stainless, mild, couple mufflers, resonator options, whatever someone wants really.

I dont have a turbo, and will never get one so thats taken care. im very uneducated on this so id probably need an explanation on what will be done. i looked around for a shop to do mandrel but non do it so im glad you can. talk to you soon hopefully.

 

Eric, any chance you could do the turbo stuff if I was to send you the lines I have now, all marked the way they fit onto the intercooler and intake?

Hey man. if you could start up on an exhaust for me by this weekend that would be awesome. I was hoping to get an exhaust by this weekend so i could drive it and go get it tuned. let me know whens the earliest you could do it. thanks.
