i've seen them on Camry's and the likes (other 4 cyl's). would REALLy help turbo charged app's (more spark to ignite more compressed air..)

Not the MSD DIS II system (which I once had). I am simply looking for coil pack replacement. Something made for the tiburon that's plug and play. they woudl mount in the same location as the current coil packs and the plug from the car would plug right into the MSD coil packs. I've seen them and am trying to find a pisture to show you, but to describe;

they're just round packs (usually red) that replace the square-ish coilpacks we have and usually come with matching red wires and huge black couplers around where the wire goes into the spark plug chambers..

anyone seen em? bought em? got em?

can a FlyRyde homie hook it up?
Lemme know, they are supposedly ~$48 for one..

There's some links mang. Not bad prices. If I get some time tomorrow, I'll see what I can find DIRECT for us.

There are all the coils they sell. The mitsu one almost looks like it's the right one. Or the GM replacement one I think. I need to look again at my car. Tomorrow.

They don't make any for our cars that are plug and play, I used this onr, it came with the plug so I just had to wire it in and make a mounting braket.

How did it work out?

Any more info on your mounting plate or wiring?

It works the same as our factory coil, it has three wires and is very simple to wire up, I forgot to mention that I had to replace the ends on my plug wires as well but due to the lack of options we have it was no big deal, made a simple bracket and bolted it right in the stock location, car seems to start up faster and the idle smoothed out nicely.

Did you notice any gains with the change of the coil pack?
