So it's still under warranty.

Take it in to the dealer and tell them you are having occasional issues with the revs on your car and you suspect the TPS. It's listed as a TSB (Technical Safety Bulliten) and should be replaced with the Keifco for free under warranty.

Define "Messed"?

Just put your OEM TB back on, or do you have a OEM looking BBTB? They replaced mine, ON a BBTB, no questions.

Of course, it was the tigerlilly BBTB and looks OEM.

Dude. Take the car in FIRST. Find out if you can get it done for free. ANY way it goes, they would have to prove that your BBTB broke the TPS to NOT replace it, and the Dae Sung TPS is KNOWN to be bad.

If you don't want to go free, for whatever strange reason, Autozone, car-parts.com , Ebay, you can find them anywhere.
