Before I go check a price with the dealership I was wondering if anyone could get me one of these? The dealership keeps telling me theyre scanning the codes and there's nothing wrong with the TPS even though I think it'd have to be severely damaged before it was emitted in the codes.

Junkers, go there first. Go look around on all the beta 1 engines.

You'll find one.

Autozone also has them. You can go buy one for like $50 and put it on, verify it fixes the problem, then return the TPS to Autozone for a refund and tell the folks @ the dealership about it.

LOL

Actually, that's funny.

I have the seatbelt problem, and they won't fix that. But I have a LATE 2001 Model Tib and they DID fix the TPS.

Part # anyone?

Seatbelt problem should be fixed. It's probably a recall too!
