Hahahaha i like this kid ^^^

And hes right. If its not illegal for him to buy one used, its still illegal for one of us to sell him one. Soo its probably something we should perhaps NOT consider?

Are you people high? Half the people on this site are breaking this law (headers, performance exhausts, turbos) so cut the vigilante bs

^Seriously. Also, I see accidentally gutted cats all the time at work. It happens when the car isnt running right, the cat gets burned up. If noone wants to make a few bucks on there OEM cat thats sitting around (and isnt worth anything for scrap right now anyways) then dont post. Ive sold a cat and bought used ones to put on a car. So have a million people. I dont think any of them are in jail.

And I was going 82 in a 65 on the way to work this morning, along with 100% of the rest of traffic on IH-35. Still a crime (and rather surprising to me when I looked down, 'cuz I usually at least attempt to hold to the speed limits). "Lack of enforcement breeds contempt for the law."

How about this: If you sell him one, that's a no-no. If a shop sells and/or installs one, that's a no-no. I am a big fan of not breaking federal jackbooted thug regulations via my favorite car website, because that helps keep the feds from shutting down the site if someone gets their panties in a bunch. BUT! If he magically appears with one in his car where there used to be none, I don't much care how it got there. My point was, if there is any interest in doing it legally, there are places they can be had for like 10% of dealer list prices, online.

BUMP

I thought I had a lead but it was the wrong part. I'm looking for the secondary cat, from the exhaust system. Here's a link to another post with a pic:

PM if you need to get rid of it. Thanks

I got what I needed. All parties will remain anonymous to protect the innocent. Mods, you can close this up if that's what we do here.
