Is this the one that plugs into the harness, and lets you run with out the tuner? I have no idea what its worth ... $10 and mail it to me?

yes, they don't even list it on their site, and tell me to contact a local AEM dealer ... who don't even have the number listed ...

You might try contacting a larger, non-local dealer without their head up their ...es. A dealer for almost any company will be able to order you a part if you have a good part no., just find a dealer that doesn't suck.
