I'm looking for a BBTB. Currently I have a custom RSide adjustable. It is a nice piece, chromed out, I have drilled the holes in the 2nd pulley so it is cruise compatible, and I have sanded the butterfly down just a bit so that it doesn't stick. It is adjustable between 59-61mm. Basically, I want to go bigger.
If anyone has a Tigerlily or something for sale, let me know.
I'm willing to trade too, I've got a set of OBX headers, some exhaust piping/mufflers, and of course the RSide BBTB. I'll be posting a rather large FS thread soon smile.gif

Use Ford Mustang/Caprice 4.6L. It's 64-66mm (I can't remember what Spikie told me when he measured his) You gotta extend the bolt holes outwards, and enlarge the IM hole opening or else the butterfly will hit the much smaller IM hole. We also measured the resistance values of the TPS: They're pretty much dead on (a few ohms off on the low side, you could wire in a resistor inline to equalize it) and it works very well. You can't even see the "ford" logo because it's facing downwards!

woe hold up a min here, I never heard of such input. Your can put a mustang throttle body on our tibs??? if so am sure that would require some modification to bolt it on right. but why go through all that trouble jst buy the 65 mm throttle (Tigerlily I4 Throttle Body) of kspec.com and save yourself the headache.

I've got an Airram. Can it still be done? Anyone want to link me to a little more info? I remember a few years ago when this was being discussed as a possiblity, but I never thought anything actually came of it!
Now that REDZMAN stopped working for KSpec, I won't buy from them. Read about too many people that have been ripped off recently.

Some people say that you can adapt beta2 TBs (others say it's not so easy tho). Here is a beta2 tb from SFR available in 65mm: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-06-Hyund...sspagenameZWD1V

I'm interested in what Ford throttle bodies fit our cars. Because if mustangs do then we can get after market throttle bodies for V8's which would be way larger than anything built for our cars. Just buy larger spacers from outlaw engineering and maybe make the IM larger and that would be crazy.
