just an idea here
press in the stock gear without the little keyway
dial your cam,with out the keyway , you'll be albe to move it around with a bit of torque
once the cam is installed to your taste make your self an offset keyway
then reinstall everything back

 

Still looking, just FYI. The one that I got doesn't have the the original orientation key mark, so it's not a good prototype for duplication. Anyone have one?
