As the title says, where can I find one of these damned adjustable intake cam sprockets? I know RSide made them, so did OBX, and so did RPW back in the day.

Anywhere I can find one of these damned things still?

There are some small stocks of the Rside ones left here and there. Supposedly some other folks made them too.

I know that the only ones I ever finally saw installed were really poor quality. They were Rside ones, properly installed by NGM, and they had slipped and caused some big engine damage.

I'm not sure if NGM ever started making some for the 2.7, and I'm pretty sure we couldn't use the same ones if we wanted to.

Haven't seen any in quite some time brother.

i've been using a Rside one on my turbo engine for at leats a year
never slipped, worked nicely
simply add loctite to the bolts like should be done on all adjustable gears
so far i only saw the R side, obx made only the exhaust cam gear

It was more than just that though, when NGM sent them to me (I worked with Kspec at the time), you could see that the center holes weren't machined round, they were more oval.

I'll see if I still have them somewhere, I might have thrown them away a year or 2 ago.

Let me see if I can find the threads.

you mean the hole that is pressed on the cam?
might have been damaged while installing/removing it

maybee it wasn't press fitted enough, got loose ,and got jammed between the chain and the head
OH, BTW,
I did replace the little m6 bolts on mine with good graded allen headed bolts
makes it easier to play with cam timing then regular style head bolts

If I get ahold of one, I'll send it to you first...
