I can send the Paypal payment immediately.
Shoot me an e-mail ( daniel_depetro@yahoo.com )
This should work on the newer drive gear.
EDIT:
Thanks again for the great deal! hail.gif
Take you're time getting it shipped out, I am in no hurry for it.
I included a couple extra bucks to cover any extras. lmao.gif

No biggie I have been dragging my feet with this anyways.
I sold the car last fall and told the owner that I'd include this wqith the sale. He has been patient not even mentioning it, however I'd just like to get it done now that things are slowing down, spring is coming, and the days are getting longer again.

Go figure, the drive gear was also busted, so I need one of those too/anyways.
Still looking for a speedo drive gear for a 2000 2.0L 5-speed manual.
It is the part/shaft that the speedo sensor threads onto.
It's bolted directly on the transmission via a small bolt (~10mm head?) and then it will just "pull" out.
It has an o-ring seal so it may be a little 'stuck' and may require some oomph to remove.
It's a super easy piece to remove in the car.
Hyundai only wants $49.99 new, however since I have plenty of time I'm hoping to help a fellow Tiburon owner out (by buying their parts) and save a few bucks in the process.
