Here is the list I have of parts I need (to the best of my knowledge)...
Manual transmission
Manual transmission Drivers side motor mount (frame side and tranny side)
Manual transmission front and rear roll mounts (tranny side and crossmember side)
Manual transmission shifter cables.
cable "locks" at each end of the shifter cables (2 for shifter base, 2 for tranny mount)
Manual transmission shifter base
Manual transmission shifter.
Manual Tranny brake pedal.
Clutch pedal assembly
Clutch Master cylinder assembly
Clutch hard metal hose to Drivers side tranny mount
Rubber flexable hose from drivers side tranny mount to clutch slave cylinder
Clutch Slave cylinder.
Clutch
Pressure plate
Throwout bearing
Flywheel
Flywheel mounting bolts (the ones for the auto torque converter will not work)

I found a car with a bad set of intake valves due to a broken timing belt, and bought the whole thing for $800 when I did my swap. I can't tell you how much easier it was with the whole car right there, than some of the stories I've heard from others here who pieced their swap parts together from here and there. Keep your eyes peeled for a parts car (Elantra or Tiburon) on Craigslist.

That would have to be a GLS. Automatic transaxles changed enough to be model-year significant, but the manual transaxles will swap all the way into the next generation, as long as it comes from a 4-cylinder car. 1.8/2.0 engines can mount the transmission housing interchangeably . . . my 2000 2.0L has a 1998 1.8L transmission on it.
