I'm looking for some 2.0 pistons, standard bore 82mm. New or used I don't care as long as they're usable. Also if possible rings and gaskets. I can buy them outright or maybe trade, I have a few random engine parts and accessories lying around.

 

You will want new rings unless the sole purpose is to get an engine running long enough to trade the car in, or you get a <20 miles set from a car that was wrecked as they drove it off the ship from Korea. I am super-duper cheap, reusing what others might reasonably discard, and new rings are one of the holdups for my own engine build.

A list of what you have laying around might help the cause.

When I said "rings and gaskets" I would think that new would generally be assumed but yeah, I wouldn't just chunk a used set of rings from another motor in mine either.

 

I may have a set of 2.0 piston, I have to check!
