He put it in the Shoutbox, then contacted me.

Yes, BSE was a vendor here, but the main man there, BILL Simulo (his name is something like that), never posted, and has been having some health problems. Stauf is trying to get things going, and we gotta start somewhere, so now we are starting with what they have on hand.

hmm, that's weird. i distinctly remember a thread. and you contacting him. oh wellz..

give Chris a call, and ask him to contact (spiffy). He probably won't answer because he'll think it's about his recent absence.

And I dunno if George is even up to it. I never got a response from stauf and can't find the original thread, but I have a tiburon just sitting here collecting dust..

actually I think i got george's number. I'll bother him after the weekend.

Can we have members send in parts for them to work with, seems that would be easier since not too many members out there are willing to help at the moment

Ok. Sorry I missed this post. Yeah, he can have my car for as long as he wants.

So I'll have to get his contact number and I'll give my car to him.

Let me rephrase my comments.

I have a 2001 Tiburon, 5-speed.

You can keep my car as long as you need. I have another car to get me around.

I live in LA. So yeah. I'll be your b****. lol.

Ok guys. I met up with Scott on Friday last week. He came down for my Hyper Auto Club meet and we took a look at a bunch of things.

It looks like the SS Clutch lines will be a go. He just has to get a different fitting for the end of em. He will be taking my car to use, I just want to get my Charger painted first, then we can go ahead with this. I'm planning on getting it into the shop this week or the next. I'll stop by the body shop today and check when they can do it. But looking at initial fits, it will work. (Not like it's even very complicated.) Brake lines will also be made. He's also looking at several other products and wondering what else we could want at the same time.

So looking forward to hearing about more stuff from BSE soon!

the same reason stainless steel brake lines are better than flexible rubber (OEM) brake lines.

Sweet man, did he not try on the engine bay covers? Like the brake fluid cover and such?

Sorry for not posting until today but I woke up Sat morning sicker-n-shit.. I'm back around as of today as you'll see the gb thread is updated.

It was nice to meet George and the gang last Friday. A couple of them I've seen before but alas, I'm not too great with names initially.

When Spiffys RD becomes available, I'll be looking to see what we either currently have, or can make or verify... Unfortuntely until that happens I have no RD SS Brake kits unless someone wants to send a set of stockers to me or is local to LA.

Also, anyone local with a GK 5 & 6spd, I could use one more peek.. Brian, if you want I can take a closer look at your clutch setup if you want ss lines as well.

So I think that's it for now..
