I don't think you can buy this one...
It is the bumper used for a RD2. So I think it's custom made
I never saw this one in the Netherlands though, maybe easy to ask if you see him or can contact him through the site you got the picture from

it's not a 1st gen Veilside. Looks custom fab to fit, probably meant for a 2nd gen. Looks good tho... looks like it's based off the Club GTR as already pointed out.
