if anyone has done a rear seat delete on their car i need this. I will buy the both of them if they both retract back into the seat. my right side is broken and stays up which leaves a nice indention in the back when the seat is down. thanks for your time.

If they're the same parts as a 98 elantra they're yours for cheap. They might not be though, as it doesn't have a folding rear seat so I don't know about retracting into the seat.

it's RD to webtech, J2 to folks on the hyundai boards. I'll get a pic tomorrow if my up-late brain remembers to grab the camera. You mean the bottom part where it latches, not the belts, right?
Man that base model is CHUMPY.
It looks different to me. These bolt to the body under/behind the seat and there's just a cloth flap holding them on. What's the setup on your tib like?

Oh well. If it's metal and not moving, spray it with some penetrating oil (NOT WD-40) and try to move it by hand to free it up.

You know, I had a windshield wiper linkage busing on my old truck do that once.
When it was raining
And I was driving down the road.
One windshield wiper can be less useful than you think.
Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I think I may have a set of these in a box at my house. I may have gotten rid of them, but I'll check. I got a perfect size box here at work too. Let me check, and I'll PM you when I find out more. I'm off work tomorrow so if they're there I can ship them out.
