I need a shifter knob that threads onto a 2000 stock shifter. Im tired of tightening my current one with an allen wrench. Hyundai wants $80.

Get a nut that fits the threads and use it for a jamb nut. Never adjust it again.

Ive got a juntos knob laying around somewhere.. This is what it looks like

Let me know, and yes it will thread onto the stock shifter

Or have Mad John get you any of the dozens of great shift knobs they have in Korea. You can check them out on Seoulfulracing but I wouldn't buy from there, just use it for research.
