Do not go to a parts store. Unless Autozone, O' Reilly's, and Advanced Auto sell different parts than where I'm at.
All those stores sell the WRONG length stud, and it will eventually shear off due to the nut not grabbing enough thread. I've actually had the wheel fall off 2 seconds after feeling it wobble and pulling off the highway. I was that close to losing control of the car.

The dealer is the only place that I've seen the correct stud, and it's not any more expensive. Get it there.

actually i believe NAPA has the right wheel stud, but the dealer might just be your best bet.

Yup, go to Napa or the dealer and pick up the RIGHT stud. COmpare lengths too.

Then, next time you take your wheels off, make sure you use a steel brush on the threads of all of the lugs.

I believe they have the part number for the Tiburon wrong at Oreilly's. I took one with me and it was completely different than the one they have listed.. I asked the guy to grab one for a 2001 elantra gt and it was the same. I guess I would just say to take one with you to make sure you get it right.
