looking for something like this maby i could get local but not sure where to look.any ideas?this is what im looking for this type of plate

you could make one.. but if you don't have the tools then just buy his. it's only 30 shipped.
you could pickup a piece of steel at lowes and cut out a circle, drill some holes and there you go.

Make your own ground kit out of heavy speaker wire and ground the motor in several places to the frame. should cost you less than that.
