Car Accident...looking For New Tib
#23
^^ OK, now I know what all of you were saying about how bad it would be to cut the roof out and make the car into a T-Top.....
As for the parting out of the car, Lisa is still dealing with the insurance company. If they allow it, the car will be bought from them to salvage what ever parts we can. Most of the interior..other than the passenger side of the dash (thanks to the airbags) and the rear seats, which have a 45 degree bend in the top (thanks to the sub box), is in good shape.
I don't want to over step my limits right now since the insurance issue is still not settled yet, and I'm sure Lisa is still feeling the pain from losing her pride and joy. The reason we were so quick to jump on the opportunity to pick the car us is because around here, I have never seen and RD2 in a junkyard.
All that aside, we're just glad that she's still with us, and amazingly was able to walk away from it all with a few scratches and bruises.....
"Hey Lisa.....you need washer fluid" lmao.gif (couldn't resist)

The insurance company wouldn't let us touch it....BUT I know where it is. In my quest for a Shark Spoiler (which I found), I accidentally stumbled across the car in the JY. Its still the exact same way that it was when it was hauled off the road...
I'm going to see what they'll want for the engine, since its still intact and has lower mileage than mine.
Anyone want a "Type-R" spoiler? lmao.gif
