Have a little faith in people knowing what they have. I drive a 2001 Tib. I have 99 and 00 parts cars. Yes, it is a 97-99 auto shift surround in black. I have already sold a console to him from the same parts car.

oldmike, do you have the little clamps to hold it in place also. Need those too. $9 shipped sounds perfect. also, just for reference...do you have a single din radio surround from the 97-99. if you do, i might need one from you in the near future. Please let me know.

Yes, the 3 metal clips are on the surround. And also yes, I have the single din radio surround whenever you need it. All of these are from a 99.
