I hid my interior neons under the seats. Just use some foil tape and a nifty cardboard insert to project the light forward from underneath the seat. It is not NEAR as bright and just emits a soft, soft glow but it looks mellow and provides enough light to enhance interior gloss paint. You'll still get a little bit of neon seeping up outta the windows when it is pitch black outside, but most cops will not stop you unless they are pulsing or strobe.

yea.Im going to move the neons soon. Its been really cold out and we just got snow.Anyway though, the rear underbody neon, I really didn't know any other way to mount it there.I mean, I couldnt find anywhere else to put it without mounting it up under the bumper where it wouldnt emit enough light.
The steps I went thru were not the usual.I skipped a lot.LOL actually I just cleaned the panels and started spraying thin coats on.I didnt sand it or primer it.I probably should clear coat it though. When I first started I didnt think to sand it and primer it.And since I already painted it I cant take it all off.Ive tried.I soaked the plastics in my bathtub in hot water lol and tried to take the paint off.It wouldnt come off.But yea the passenger side panel has a funny history lol. When I first started painting I didnt take the passenger side panel off and I tried to paint it with house paint using a brush lmao. You could imagine the results. Then once that looked retarded I tried to spray paint over it and it ran and dripped.VERY HIDIOUS.I wasnt about to do that to the other panel and dash.So I took it off and re-did it a number of times.Until I got my just about finished product now.I have at LEAST 12 coats of different colors on my two door panels lol
BTW Ive added more pics to the first page.
