Nice Beta Buggy

Huh? I didn't say anything about power.. Umm What about sammi's? There's ton's of those kicking around here with 37' Pitbulls. What i am saying though is you gotta find a transfercase with a decent crawl ratio to mount to that tranny setup, Which in my opinion is a waste of time. It would have be world's easier to just find a yj/cj tranny combo. How would you even set that up anyway? Is that driveshaft going to hold up to bouncing off the clutch all day long trying to crawl? Props to the guy's that took the time to make the rig! It would be fine for tearing around a yard, not sure for crawling though.

right on. i wonder why they're that big, wonder what the playground of this thing looks like.
if they have so much korean pride, why isn't this thing painted?

It's an off road buggy, It's self explanitory why they are that big.

I though the the 4x4 crowd broke down into 2 factions, Rock Crawlers and Buggys? Have they started to make hybrids? ones built to go horizontal and the other is built to go vertical.
Still pretty cool to see beta's used for things like this.

Thats sweet!!! I've thought about building something like this with the beta, but more along the lines of an atom. Then I saw some info on the locost and decided that would be even cooler.
I think the guys saying it's a waste/won't work. Obviously don't have enough ingenuity or imagination. Man they use 4 bangers in tractors, bulldozers, backhoes. You can get custom axels. Plus this doesn't look like a rock crawler. Just an awesome off road toy.

Their definition of rotational mass would be flipping it and rolling backwards down the hill...... lmao.gif
