I just moved out of texas (dfw) and emissions is part of your safety.

 

Well not here in Bryan/College Station, its always just been a visual inspection.

 

we have emissions testing here every two years.. so im getting my catless DP put on the car, and ill put the cat on for the test..

back on the tail lights thing.. i have thought i would get pulled over a few times.. GTS covers on my srt.. they look pure black in the day, and never been hassled. i also have my third brake light very dark with niteshades. enough light shows through when i put my brakes on though to notice..
