I think you win the title of being RDtiburon's biggest ricer. Honestly, I thought Germans had better taste than that. But whatev, it's your car, as long as it makes you happy that's all that really matters.

^^i dont think its that they have great taste more like they are perfectionists^^ tongue.gif
personally i like it; great show car, ur sure to get alot of trophies if u keep it in good shape for the years to come fing02.gif

i dont really like the emblems the hood the roof scoop or the fake woodgrain, but those rims look great. fing02.gif (what are the spec on those?) also like your choice of all around lighting including sidemarker fog side door lights, and dome lights. also those all black heated seats are a rare touch! (and in great shape)
what kind of gauges are those?
few questions, what is the blue box under the dash to the left on the 2nd to last picure and what is the metal thing under the passenger seat in the last picure?

I like it, it's a rare tib, and a good showcar, the only thing I don't really care for are the vinyls.

looks like alot of hard work was involved in your build, i can appreciate that. only thing i would change would be to not have the shark teeth in the front grill, but that is just me.

one of the main things that really pisses me off about some european tiburon body kits is the fact that some of them are really neat but there is no way in hell we can even get them cause most of the vendors will not ship to the U.S. for some reason. ok, done for my rant of the day.

It's definitely different.

I know the whole "out there" look is popular with tuners in Germany. I recently bought a bike & am amazed at some of the German 'street-fighter' bikes I've seen online.

That said, I'd like your car better without the vinyl/decals/stickers, with the wing, roof spoiler & roof scoop all removed. The tails have to go. I reckon the rear bumper could look sweet if it were modified to remove the wavy section at the bottom. The front is a bit busy for my liking but is striking nevertheless. Some massive wheel-arch flares would be cool too fing02.gif

First I thought this should have been posted in another topic: "ugliest tibs around" lmao.gif but hey, I'm glad you like it and I appreciate the hard work you put in it.

The blue box is the controlbox for the neons I guess and the metal thing is a fire extinguisher. cool.gif

i think the switches under his headunit is the neon switches, and he's got a fire extinguisher in the trunk... who knows he could have 2 fire extinguishers, and interior and exterior neons

WHOA, that kit is CRAZY.....

I'm not usually forward with my comments, but..

EXTERIOR

The white graphics HAVE to go. Tint the lenses on the Altezzas so they still have the "Chromy" look, but they aren't as bright and there isn't as much contrast with the body colour. The wheels look a little funny without fender flares. So maybe something a little bigger that doesn't stick out as far as those. Roof scoop can stay, not many of them work with Tiburons, but I kinda like the one you have. The wing is a bit big, but I can't say much because I almost got that one before I found out the Shark Spoiler can be modified to fit RD2s. The Zefiro spoiler looks similar.

INTERIOR

The dash pieces that are painted....NEED to be the same as the body colour of the car....hands down, no questions asked. As much as I LOVE blue lights (anyone thats seen my car at night, the ENTIRE interior glows blue), you need to stick with a colour that compliments your paint....Green and Blue....not so much. Green LEDs would look awesome.

ENGINE BAY

Get a full CAI....whether you go with AEM, Injen, Ebay, whatever....just get a full one, either chrome, or paint it the SAME colour as the car, and paint the valve cover to match and the sparkplug cover maybe something like a silver.

Its not bad, it could be a lot worse. I've always like crazy looking body kits, but I think over the past few months I've kind of grown away from them. I still like my VS front...but theres a lot to be said for nice, simple, CLEAN looking kits.

Don't be discouraged by the comments of others, everyone has their own taste. Some people hate my paint, others love it. Just keep working at it. You've found an amazing place for finding advice and information!
