^^ LOL.... I hereby decree that you are not able to call rice on anyone. Compared to your car, EVERY car is rice. Heck, having a passenger seat is rice.
For those who don't know, Coal_forge's Tiburon is bare bones, only what he needs to drive. He did a weight reduction and pulled out something like 400lbs of interior panel.

the first thing I'd think when I looked at that tib would be how much better it would look without the hood...

I didn't say I liked it. I said it was out of place. It needs alot more work to be a complete look. You can make ANYTHING work on a car as long as it flows. It might not be the taste of others, but you can make things work. That does not work on that car and it is not my taste.
To make it work, it would need something like a veilside front and some skirts with scoops that match the hood. I still wouldn't like the look though.
Those look like 17" rims with between 20-0 offset, dropped between 1-2"
