Both your hoses are on the same side right? I will try to take some good pics tomorrow of the modification that was done.

Yup. I didn't modify anything. In fact, this radiator cools so well that for awhile during the summer I didn't have the fan hooked up and it still wouldn't overheat tongue.gif. Did you hook up your fan to work constantly or did you wire it into the stock harness (what I did)?

what the hell. haha... at first i thought it was a joke. i might do this if you guys have no issues at all. it's kind of funny, but hey if it works!

so still no problems? can OEM hyundai cap go in? inlets the same size as ours? you guys fully sure about this?

Same size hoses, same size cap, no issues as of yet.

did you check the engine temp via scantool to see? what's this about a vent?

The intake vent I am putting on the front bumper in front of the radiator.

Looks Great Java!,now I know what to do to fit a GT35 next year fing02.gif ,My GT30 is millimeters from my big (OVERKILL) radiator.

The GT35 was sitting about 1/4 inch from the stock radiator. In fact you can see that the metal on the radiator was discolored about 1 foot around where the turbo was close to it.

Engine temp is controlled by the thermostat. I'm hearing that coolant can be more effective with a higher pressure cap on the radiator. So between a 1.7bar cap and a 180 degree Thermostat, it should be more then possible to keep your engine cooler then stock.
