alright. many of you haven't known me from when i first bought my tib, some of you have.. i just am bored so i feel like posting a quick history of my car, with pics from the beginning.

i bought my car august 19th, 2003. i got it for 10,000$ including a 100,000 aftermarket warranty (that i voided within 2 weeks) 32k miles, fully loaded, 5 speed, leather, etc. the dealer had put a decal on it to try and sell it faster (it was the fast and furious times) i drove by the car 4 days before i bought it, test drove it, loved it, came back and bought it.

here she was at day 1.


here are the first mods i did to the tib (subs, radio, BOMZ EL gauges<first of 5 different gauge faces in tib lol)






here are the pics of my rims when i got them. WHITE yO. (what the hell was i thinking) blue lugs FTL.

here is when i got my super sweet magnaflow muffler.



this is when things started to get good.. (suspension, tinted windows, no foglights) me and dweet had a HELL of a time trying to get the rear endlink off. we ended up having to cut it in half. suspension is still one of my fav. mods to this day.




after 9 months of waiting, almost FLYRYDE style, i got my CF hood from erebuni.







along comes my cuda II bumper, and i picked up my GTR sides and rear pods from dweet. my kit with fresh paint, and painted wheels. (finally got new camera lol)

Then onto the great spoiler swap of hyundai sunday 2004. and my erebuni decal woot lol.





add some carbon fiber to the mix, and rside short shifter.






scrap the type R spoiler, get some tail covers.

 

socks is not double posting.

 

love the car, but its just not pulling its weight. mmm boooost time. (clutch, air ram, speedfactor turbo kit)





issues with return line and intake, upgrade turbo, relocate battery, new turbo intake.





finally got the only ATH spoiler in the USA.




some new gauges to monitor EGT, boost, oil temp, oil press.




say goodbye to clutchmasters clutch.. new trans time, new clutch, koyo rad, light flywheel.

im sure i missed some stuff, but thats about the history of my car.. alot of changes.

 

you probably don't remember, but you were going to sell that kit to me because you wanted a different one. i remember when you used to post a lot of pictures of your car. it was sweet and you really did a nice job with it. you must have gone through hell with that speedfactor haha. i never ever liked that blue color but that has to do with my love for red.

what i respect most about you is you do ALL of your own work. and speaking of work, when things were looking bad, you climbed up right back to the top.
