Since I was in Austin, I stopped by Wyatt's place to pick up a set of those spacers he was selling. They're 20mm, which was exactly what I was looking for.
They only took about 15 minutes each side to install. You need to remove the caliper/rotors, hammer out the stock studs, then put in the extended studs they give you.
20mm is the size needed to match the front stock width. You could go another 5mm, however if you plan on dropping the car, you will most likely hit the fender. I like em. fing02.gif

^^^
I left the front the way it is with no spacers. I didn't see any reason to push it out any further. The rears needed to be pushed out 20mm to match the front.

and that doesn't mess up the offset??

How would it mess up the offset? Not sure what you mean.
I'll try to get a complete pic later.

Nice! I didn't know they made 20mm spacers. I need something on the front of my car to push the wheels out to match the wide fenders.
How much did these cost you, if you dont mind saying?

^^ As he mentioned he did NOT put spacers on the front. nana.gif
Also, Jon, to me it doesn't look like you have enough thread on those studs after you put the wheel on it in order to be safe.
What I did with my spacers is I made sure that once the wheel is on, that the nuts thread on at least 15mm down the thread.
For example.. you have a m10 stud, that has a nut of 8.5mm because of the thread pitch of 1.5mm. The basic law I've used and that all machine shops use is the diameter of the stud x 1.5. Meaning that the nut should thread on the stud 15mm which obviously depends also on the thickness of the nut but you get the idea.
If the nut is .5"s than the whole nut needs to be threaded on the stud..etc

There was just as much thread as a stock stud would have. I've had problems with buying short studs from local stores in the past, so I'm careful about how long it is now.
I picked up the set Wyatt (unholy) was selling over the weekend while I was in Austin. $80

Who are the studs made by? What material are they?
I had studs on my spacers from a auto store. OEM replacement but longer. 2 studs broke when torqued to 100ft lbs LOL. Than ordered ARP wheel studs and damn those are strong.

I'm not sure. They came with the kit. And I've only broken the front studs when I get them from autopart stores. I only buy them from the dealer now. But if I start breaking the rears, then I'll just give ARP a call.
