^^That thing has more horses then an entire geo metro club put together. It sounds like a stampede when it's started up. It hurts my ears to be within 10 ft of it idling with the hood open. I think the guy said 890whp on a N/A engine. I see him at the shop all the time working on it. It's a beast. Trust me, under the hood gets all the attention.

I think that Suopra is awesome! Sure the wing is rice, but that is the easiest thing to fix.

I know what a big block A-body is like..lol. There is no way he is anywhere near 800+ HP with that car. I'd be willing to bet he is more around 450 HP. He sure as heck would not be running pizza cutters on the rear like that. If he had close to 900 HP he'd have 21-inch wide tires under that thing and it would be tubbed like crazy. He is still running a factory radiator and and I see quite a few other items that would not hold up to that power.

I'm just telling you what I was told. I personally saw him boring out his pistons because his rings were shot. He messed up his pistons and head gaskets with nitrous.
That car is non-street legal. It has a kill switch on the rear passenger side quarter panel so that someone can start it up from the outside.

Next time you see him tell him to check out www.BigBlockDart.com or www.ForABodiesOnly My screen name is the same on all websites...
You do not bore out a piston or pistons for that matter, and the external battery shut off switch is in case of a crash on the drag strip they can shut off all electrical and keep a bad situation from getting worse. At least that is the idea.
I am hoping this guy was just screwing with you and doesn believe that garbage...

OMG.. I know you don't bore out pistons dude. He over-bored them. I'm not a mechanic, I'm a Biomedical Equipment technician with a love for cars. But I KNOW you know exactly what I was talking about. Get real.
It was the auto-craft shop owner who was telling me this info. He might have been just talking it up. Fletch tends to go overboard on things. He has 3 completely chromed out 1940-1960 vehicles which take trophies when they get anywhere near car shows to prove he goes overboard (pix above). He could very well have been exaggerating.
But yeah, I'll tell him about bigblockdart.com. I probably won't remember the A-Body website though.
