What if you made this spacer a bit thinner, so a Phenolic spacer could still be used.

Redz,
i can't go thinner then 25mm, i need room so the extra injectors clears the stock ones
but you could still use a 7/8mm phenolic spacer/heat shield between the cyl. head and the extra injectors spacer/holder
on my accent wich has a much smaller engine bay then the tibby i could move the intake manifold back around 2.5" before getting into serious clearance problems
might need longuer studs depending on spacer/heat shield thickness

Wouldn't this act as a phenolic spacer anyway?? I mean it's the same design just different material. [/0.02]
I think it looks sweet. Keep me posted on the progress Denisst, I'm really interested.
/// gotcha! wink1.gif thanks.

phenolic is a hard plastic with great heat resistant qualities. If you ever had an older gas stove with the hard plastic knobs... you have seen Phenolic plastic.

the fact that you have now 2 gaskets instead of one might help.. but the spacer itself won't help heat transfert

Here's the pricing for the extra injectors spacers
- [*]
spacer and longuer intake manifold studs 450$can (around 360$us)
- [*]spacer, studs, fuel rail and fuel rail mounting lugs 550$can (around 440$us)
- [*]
spacer, studs, fuel rail,2 set of fuel rail mounting lugs, required fuel fittings, high pressure rubber fuel hose, high pressure fuel clips and 2 OEM intake manifold gaskets 650$can (around 520$us)
fuel rail mounting lugs length is based on the injectors you'll be using,OEM beta1 type are the long ones,OEM beta2 are the short onesspacer is made to match the beta1 intake ports or to match the larger beta2 intake ports (like the one pictured)
For the nitrous guys, do you prefer having the nozzle mounted on the top or on the bottom? We could change the shape of the lower part so the EISpacer could be used for either nitrous only, extra injectors or both
pricing isn't set in stone yet,if there's a good demand i could do a GB on those, this way it will lower production and material cost and i'll let you benefit from it
