Casper,
figuring pricing and availability very soon, i'll keep you posted,
OP,
Yes new studs are needed (65mm long),and will be included with the spacer/EIC mounts
on the same note, all the required parts will be included (spacer it self, custom fuel rail, fuel rail fasteners and hold downs, fitting for fueling)
you need to supply, intake gaskets, injectors, fuel controler, and your choice of fuel hose /clamps
spacer/EIC mount will accept the "long" beta 1 injectors or the "short" beta 2 injectors (you'll just need to ask for the proper hold downs)

Redz,
it moves the intake manifold back (toward the firewall 25mm (1")
we used this thickness for a few reasons,
keep the runners to a very close to stock lenght, limit possibilities of clearance issue (swapped cars),keep the injectors spray patern in a good location
Redz, i'll get the final details on pricing tomorrow
OP,
i could include the gaskets,i'll check what kind of pricing i can get for those over here
you also don't need two FPR's, one FPR on one fuel rail will lower the pressure on both rails
surely, if you're using a pretty large fuel pump it might be a good idea to use a aeromotive, mallory or other good aftermaket regulator so you can keep you base fuel pressure under control
i forgot to add, intake manifold brace spacers will be included also (bracket that bolts to the lower part of the engine block and rear of the intake manifold)

Speed-Factor used another stock fuel rail which has the same fpr. Take the fpr out and put a plug in the hole at the end of the rail. If you get the one pictured, there is either a plug in it already or no spot for a fpr (I cant tell from the pic)
