that's odd, my 1.8 ecu (from a 98 elantra) limited me to 110. I haven't had my 2.0 ecu above 120 but i've never hit the limiter on it. i have no desire to go above that anyway. a limiter at 110 is annoying but above that it could be 120 or 180 doesn't really make a difference to me... until i have enough power to hit that on a track
oh and the betas with hydraulic lifters don't seem to like having their redlines raised much anyway. if you've got the valvetrain to handle it you'd want a standalone to make the most of it anyway.

I can tell you that My 01 Tib has no limiter as far as I can tell. I've been to 125 and that isn't far from running out of gear. I actually didn't think any RD's had a limiter..

Yea i know the GK's have a speedcut. guess i never really gave it any thought, most speed cuts are in the early 100's. Never seen one so late like 114 or 120. Anyway I have a Rd1 obviously and have done multiple 1-5 full puls to the REV limiter. Ever ever had an issue with limiting my speed.
