What's particularly disturbing is that he kept saying "I don't know what the problem is, I sent the bar, oh, 2, 3 weeks ago, he should have it by now. Strange." I told him several times to get ahold of you and I'm assuming he hasn't.

I also told him that you'd been trying to contact him every way possible, and he said "I know." His Car Club still hasn't written back or approved me into their Forums. Maybe an email from Random?

hey guys, sounds like everyone is genuinely trying to help you get sorted man. it sucks to
get ripped off but now that redzman is on the job
you might get some results, i recall he had some trouble with another duma$$ recently.

anyway, keep the baseball/heads/dog-killng commetns to a minimum, we dont want random shutting this thread down cos its actually going somewhere!

try contacting paypal and saying it was a fraudulent transaction - they might be able to help, just a thought, good luck.

With all the problems your having man, you better file your complaint with Paypal NOW so you don't loose out. I think there's a limit of 60 days or so after payment to file for fraud.

Also, now that you know what town he lives in, look on the net a bit and find out the # for his local Police Department. Call them and find out the name of the guy that runs their Fraud investigations.

Hint hint...

at the least, paypal might be able to give you direction in how to follow up this case..

at best they may freeze his account and perhaps release his details to the relevant authorities to follow up.
i would get on the phone to paypal immediately - don't email - its too easy for someone to push you aside via email, its harder when youre on the phone.

 

alright...****ing wait...i DID send that bar..and it DID come back to me. I sent the bar out...but i don't have a ****ing tracking number. Your addy was wrong the first time...Maybe your school won't accept it...how the **** am i supposed to know. But that bar should be there...if it comes back to me...i'll let you know...Give me back another addy, maybe your parent's addy, and i'll overnight it there.
