Looks pretty interesting, all those gauges. Wonder why he even bothered of putting a screen in his car...so much to view tongue.gif
And if he really spend so much on his car, couldnt he also get a decent camera as well to make some good pictures. If I had a car that cost me that much and would be a real show car (who knows in a year or 5) then i would at least get a good camera to make some stunning pics of my car. Even now I have a good camera, that makes better pictures then the ones he put up there.

mmmmm air ride... I actually like the sparco cap molded in. 50K is wayyyyyy too much. That hood is hideous.

EDIT: this car has actually been on ebay 2 or 3 times before. also that door kit looks like the one from korea that evofusion (i think SFR too) sells engineered to the tiburon, it's the BEST kit around IMO, I love the angle it gives the doors, really sets it apart from other VD kits.

I see 50k in the car easy, they're definently including the purchase of the car and he had to have paid to have alot of stuff done but it's possible.

still ugly though.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Tibbychick @ Aug 8 2007, 02:34 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I like purple, but not to the point where I'd paint my entire car purple. At least not that shade. A darker shade I think would look pretty good. Speaking of which, hey purpletib, I've never seen a pic of your car. Post one up!</div>

It's in the process of being painted now. Still waiting on Blacktibs to reimburse me to buy the rest of the paint/hardener/clear and my poky ass cousin to actually do the work he's been paid to do. If I don't get the refund within the next month, I'll just buy the paint out of pocket to get it finished. I finished the interior painting at least (same color as exterior), so I'll post pics of that next time I swing by the body shop in a couple days and take a few. As far as the rest of the car, I'm waiting till the paint job is complete to post pics. I'm a picky bastard like that. No looky till it done!

As far as the hood goes, I still say it only works with that bodykit. That's why I got it. Man, a lot of you guys are gonna hate on my car when the project is complete, but oh well. nana.gif I just don't understand why the hell someone would paint a car lavender? Blah! Deep purple man, only way to do it. My color is Alsa Midnight Purple Metallic, which is almost exactly like the vintage Mopar Plum Crazy Purple. Verified it in person. I'm mixing in a little purple candy into the clear to make it a little darker yet.

With no real performace parts, I still don't see how he could have $50k invested. And if he has such a rare VD kit, why not state it so? He's toting a "one of a kind" hood, which is BS. He doesn't even have an Airram or anything, just cheap headers and a lot of dress up. And yeah, what the hell is the deal with all the gauges, he isn't even boosted!

I asked him a question
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>would you take $1500 for it?
I would pay that much if you scraped the paint off.</div>

lol with a few changes, like color and the whole interior including the trunk, this car could easily be a badass show car. I'm sure he already wins ALOT of shows, but it has much more potential then what it is.

Why is everyone tearing this car apart? Like really, it's not that bad!

NO, I dont like the colour either, but meh, what can ya do?
The hood i really like actually
the rims arent bad, I just dont think they fit the car
and interior, ok yes, its ugly, too many guages, ugly seats, momo EVERYTHING, and wtf is with the silver dash???

You guys need to be complaining about the owner, not the car itself.
And I can totally see 50k into that car
25k for the car
5k for parts
266 hours labor at 70$ an hour.

50k easily

Just not a well spent 50k lol
