Haven't gotten anything yet, he still has another day left to respond to the paypal notice, then i get to update it to a full claim. In the paypal process i have to give him a chance to settle it properly, and i know that he has gottne my emails through here becasue i track his messages through the message tracker, but if you go to his profile to see when he was last online or his status it say hidden or private or something like that.. either way this kid is a jackass...!!!


Well looks like i'm SCREWED....Escalated my claim on paypal an this is what they sent me...

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
refund.


I tried telling them that i have no problems with the parts that i DID receive, Just didn't get all the parts I paid for...

So pissed...

well, i would keep on paypal, and let them know you didnt get everything you were supposed to.. explain it more in depth.. because that APPLIES to the shipment of goods, and since you filed the claim on time, you should be all set.. paypal should be able to figure this out for you..

anyone else get screwed by this guy?

ALWAYS put it on your CC so you can dispute it that way. Ive been denied by paypal so then I just went through my CC. Then I just started going through my CC everytime and skipping paypal because they take too long and often they dont honor your claim.

yep, CC will almost ALWAYS favor you when you dispute something..
