sorry for the lsd it was a typo.
A magnapack is an inline muffler similar to a glass pack but contains a ss mesh instead aswell as acoustical wraping and a performated core. it has no significant impact on performance but was used to change the tone and quiet it down some. my car was stupid loud before I installed it.
My car is very deep, no rice burner here. i'll try to capture a sound bite some how to let you hear it.

I'll gladly sell it to you but It's still in the car for the moment. so would you mind waiting a few weeks untill i get a chance to pull the tranny?

every once in awhile (about once every 3 weeks-month) i will turn the car on and when i shift into Drive it will "clunk" into gear realllly hard, and then it will never downshift, nor will it upshift into overdrive, it like gets stuck. to fix the problem, all i have to do is pull over and turn the ignition off then back on again and it's fine. however, constantly the car feels like its a manual during take-off (from a stop)..it will sort of wind up realllll slowly then kind of jump into second gear. i kind of exaggerated this, it really isn't that noticeable..just to me because it is my daily driver. it has 112k miles.

like i said try posting in the transmission forum, this really isnt the place for troubleshooting. but check your tps sensor, makesure its on tight.
a new valve body won't help that.

figure about 25 - 30 to ship the headers. once i get it off and packed i'll weight it out to get you an exact price.
