Anyone can ask for what they want. I personally am not interested in purchasing a used product for more money than what they sold for new on this site. I hate when people try to profit on forums.

well even though it is used...how many people actually have one...2 that we know of...second there is no more coming out so he can set any price he wants...

just remember when you see stuff for sale, people not always sell it cause they need money

and personally if i had one and was selling it will be probably more then what he is asking...

no more products coming out=INFLATION of old price...we see it everyday with AIRRAM's...this CF sunroof is a very rare item

so if you really thinking about getting it do what Ericy321 said pm an offer...never know he want go for the price you offer

Um... so your saying you would never buy an antique anything? Like old muscle cars that were bought for like 6 grand and now are selling for over 20? Isnt that the same thing?

The way I see it, I'm giving the rdtib cummunity the chance of buying a rare part that's really seen for sale, if not ever...

Keep in mind this sunroof was build way before the Precious Fiber GB which never really took off. Canadianshark had it custom build probably 2 years before and when I bought it from him, I did paid more than 385$can. Also, since the Precious Fiber GB was mention, that price was for a minimum order of 10 sunroofs and from the 9 or 10 members that where interested in buying one, I don't remember a single one getting a sunroof from them. I personnaly only know of two other membres who own's one of these.

That GB dieded out in silence and I've never heard about an other opportunity for you guys to buy a carbon fiber sunroof other than having one custom made. Like the Air Ram's value doesn't depreciate with time, the sunroof is still in perfect condition. It's been washed and waxed with care numerous times and is probably looking as go as the first day Canadianshark got it back in the days.

So I beleive asking 400$can + shipping is fare for sush a rare part. And if no one wants to buy it, I'll simply store it back in my closet for an other year.... which would be sad since the place this parts really deserves is on a nice tib under the sun. cool.gif

As you can see, there isn't any defects in the fiber's layout or any dirt, sun burn or bird sh*t on the roof. The oem molding isn't in the pictures, but it comes included.

That is a beatiful and rare part! I think the price is far more than fare on an item like that. Pascoile, don't let the whiney b****es of this forum get to you.

I've got the same sunroof, its a great piece, definitely worth the asking price. I'd pick it up in a heartbeat if I didn't already have mine. Actually if even buy this as a second if I had the cash, so anyone that's consideing it, buy it!

 

This is a very nice item up for grabs. Kind of makes me want to get it. Someone get in on this!
