installing the cam is simple. just unscrew the valve cover, take it off and the cams are there. i think the intake cam is the first one up top. it's harnessed by a chain. the toughest part of taking it out is the chain because you have to find the part of it that can be undone. you have to be very careful.

the next tough part is unscrewing all of the hinges holding the cam together. there's like 10 of them or something. this is what i got just by examining it though, i have never done a cam swap before because when i upgraded to my Beta II valve cover, i used a special copper sealant that has worked incredibly well and i don't want to undo it again!!

good luck! i hear it adds a kick and makes your exhaust pop.
