Was there shipping insurance?

How did the box look when you received it?

I'm not sure if there was insurance, the box looked fine, but it was not a steady box (if you just picked it up regular it seems like the struts would break the bottom of the box)

Yea that is not a very good packing job AT ALL. E-mail him at timvarga@hotmail.com and tell him to get his ass over here to hyundaiaftermarket.org and straighten this sh*t out..

I have emailed him, he said since the post office said they did not lose anything he will NOT refund me because he said he put them all in the box.
All I want is my refund and i will PAY to ship him back his package.

Shady effer, I hope you get your money back. How did you pay him? If it's paypal file a dispute, odds are you'll get your money back.

I'm going to go to the post office and have them weigh it to see if it's the same weight it got ship as. If it is then that means he didn't ship the 4th and that is fraud through the mail which is a Federal Offense and I will take him to a small claims court.

True, but if you paid him through paypal then you don't even need to go that far. Paypal hates sellers, they almost always side with the buyer.
