F/S: Auto to Manual Swap "Kit" for RD/Hyundai
UPDATE! Included Performance Clutch has sold, Sale Price REDUCED!
I've put this "kit" together with used/new parts from my spare parts cars, a 1997 and 1998 (MT)Hyundai Tiburon. Included is everything mechanical you will need to complete an auto to manual transmission swap in a Beta Hyundai/RD, except for the transmission and clutch. I have already sold the transmission and VHR performance clutch that was in my parts car otherwise I would include it for sale here.
Asking price for everything listed below is$475.00 shipped $225.00 shipped within USA. This "kit" includes a VHR Performance Clutch Kit listed for sale here individually for $250.00 shipped, regularly retails at kpec.com for $699.
If you are sick of your automatic transmission and want to go manual this is an affordable way to go about itWITH a performance clutch good for up to 350whp!
Parts Included:
-OEM gear selector and base plate with a vinyl blue/black shifter boot and aftermarket "carbon fiber" shift knob.
-OEM shift cables and firewall grommet/mounting bracket
-OEM driver's side transaxle mount. This is the engine mount that bolts through the driver's side fender well and mounts to the manual transmission.
-OEM clutch master cylinder
-OEM clutch pedal
-OEM clutch hydraulic lines
-OEM brake pedal with bushings. Optionally, I also have a brake booster and new master cylinder, not necessary for the swap but available at buyer request.
-OEM starter
SOLD!
-Valeo Hyper Racing Performance Clutch Kit and Forged Lightweight Flywheel with OEM alignment tool and TOB.

To complete the swap all you will need is a beta manual transmission and clutch plus some cosmetic items that I unfortunately no longer have otherwise I would have included;
-OEM shifter surround
-OEM shift knob and boot if you prefer
-rubber cover for clutch pedal

No you can keep the ECU that is in your car. If interested send me your shipping address and I can start putting together the boxes to ship, there will be multiple boxes/shipments so that everything is packaged securely. I will respond with my PayPal info and we can go from there.

I've done the swap if anyone has any questions or concerns. It took me a weekend with a friend helping... no problems AT ALL, except that we forgot we unplugged the starter from the battery so it wouldn't turn over
I swapped A/T starter for M/T starter. Kept the ECU, just rewired one pin I believe to tap it into a constant power source. (Pin 85?)
