Ok so here is what I did, as soon as it happend I moved fast to remove it from the water. I tooke it apart to let it dry and its been drying for 3 days now and no luck, I think I am going to have to buy a new phone which way sucks. Luckly my moms been cool and let me use her phone with my sims card in it but I hate her phone. Its not my style and it annoys me lol. I am ready for my phone back.
So anyways after 3 days of drying it turns on and the screen it white and then when u hit buttons the screen fades in and out but always goes back to white, so I am screwed and it makes me mad sad.gif

It cant' hurt to disassemble it, douse it in alcohol and then let it dry before you reassemble it. Alcohol dries 10x quicker then water. You may still have some water under a connection somewhere. If it's important, try what I said, it can't do anything bad except waste time.

By take it apart, did you mean that you pulled the battery case off and the battery out? I'm talking about pull the main circuit board out.

I made the same mistake of leaving my phone on the bathroom counter only to have my roommates shitty cat knock it into the toilet.

lesson learned, always close the toilet lid ?

I once dropped my work phone in my whiskey at the bar.

I never told work, and just returned it when our contract was up.
