Default You Ready To Laugh At Me....

So I was changing clothes yesterday when I got home cause it was so warm outside and when I took my phone out of the pocket of my jeans and set on my t-shirt on the bathroom counter it slid off and landed in the toliet :-(
So I have lost a ton of numbers that are so important to me, So if u luv me and still want me to have ur number feel free to text my phone and tell me who u r or message me on here with your number.
Thanks To All Who Love Me And Want Me To Still Have Their Number

laugh.gif That sucks, but its happened to the best of us. Thats why I always download my phones phonebook monthly, in case that ever happens. With over 400 names and contacts, my phone is my lifeline to the social masses. smile.gif

My contact info is in the Mod forum, so feel free to take it from there. smile.gif

Word. I use motorola phone tools to hook my phone up to the computer with bluetooth. Whenever I remember I synchronize it. Motorola Phone tools is a great program to have if you have a moto phone.

That sucks but it happens more often then you may think. You are the 6th person I know who's phone has fallen victim to the bowl gods.

I've never done that, but I do kill my phone all the time and have to get a new one.

I am always paranoid of that, but did manage to wash my phone in the washer and lost it.

I'm in the army, so I'm rough on my phones. I'd have to say that out of all the phones I've owned, Motorola phones are easily repaired. I've had to do at least 12 repairs on my phone. I've never dropped it in water though. I've seen friends do it and there's nothing I can do. Once that sticker turns red on the inside of most phone's battery case, the electronics are most likely fried and you'll need new boards.

Notice I said most likely.. The trick is to take the phone apart, wash the components (not the battery) in soap and water, then douse in rubbing alcohol to displace the water. Set a heat gun or a hair dryer set to low on the components overnight using common sence so they don't melt, just dry quicker. I've brought back a few circuit boards from water damage that way... Never a phone though.

oh yeah... and remove the battery quickly after the water gets into the phone, do not replace until after you perform the procedure I described.
