Nathan, What you don't know is that it's changed hands a few times,...

If it was direct from Yuri, I'd jump on it!

Here's the thing....that car is ALWAYS going to be known as Yuri's car. If you get it....you need to change it and give it its OWN personality. Otherwise, you're just buying someone else's work.

Or, for 10K...you could buy a base tibby from someone, and re-do the hell out of it and give it more of a personal touch instead of dealing with another persons work or issues (depending on why its constantly for sell).

Either way...good luck bro. smile.gif

yea... problems galore if i do remember correctly. cars that change hands that much most likely have issues. take it from someone who has a camaro that has so many problems he is going to basically re do EVERYTHING...

it will end up costing more in the long run... you would probably be better off finding a stock one and transforming it yourself than dealing with problems from someone else.

That car had problems because he stuck with CNK and didn't do any real engine management.

Get it man, and make it fly.

If a noob got on here and posted exactly what you posted, I'd say no way. But you have a lot of tib experience, and as long as you don't expect to pick it up and immediately have it be reliable, you'll be ok. There's gotta be a reason that it's changed hands so many times. And as crazy as it sounds, get a carfax on it... you never know what's happened to it in all these years since Yuri had it.

I agree. If you can get that cash, build your own.
