I would rather deal with the hurricanes then the snow and cold!

There is no snow here but, looking at my weatherbug, it is 7 degrees F.

Same front went through (Evansville, Indiana) here the last two days, and we have the "state of emergency" gay thing out too. Actually a buddy of mine was coming to pick me up so I could go and see my friend who's sick (my car is stuck under snow and ice), got a ticket for being out.....it is like a $150 fine or something like that...also what I didn't know is that if you get into a wreck while you're out driving in a "state of emergency" period, your insurance company doesn't have to fix it at all.

WOW....I now know tiburons can't handle snow and ice....yipes!!!! (scary!!)

Man, I never get snow around here. I live near the ocean, so the water is too warm that it just produces rain instead of snow. We also get sleet a lot, which sucks. We get snow in January and February usually, and it's very random that we get a good amount to close down schools or anything. Ice will do that - never snow.

It's only better untill you're in a hurricane..I've seen some and was in a level 4 hurrican. I saw the devistation those bastards bring..you wouldn't say that if you saw the roof of your house destroyed with everything in it gone.

No, but a good hurrican can turn your home into an indoor swimming pool... wink.gif

Odd that you are not allowed in snowstorm in Ohio wink1.gif Up here in Quebec, there's no such law... however, if there was one, we wouldn't be allowed to drive like 3 months a year, so I guess it's a good thing wink1.gif

We just got about 3' or so yesterday, every Christmas Eve or Christmas Day for the last 4 years we've gotten snow. How about that?
