Kudos on the success! And yes, do share. If you're going to brag, you may as well let the rest of us know what we're missing. tongue.gif

We just went to a Thai place in D.C., really good, but it wasn't the food I was after.

Find me a recipe on Thai Iced Tea! BEST tea you'll ever taste in your life.

steak isn't how you cook it...it's how you cook it correctly. for instance, rare, medium-rare, etc.
there is a steak rub only sold here in alaska and this steak rub is awesome. better than any i've ever tasted.

my specialty is rib-eye steak, and ribs (pork or beef).

Mmmm, I'm getting hungry! Lobster on a charcoal grill with wood chips (no gas.Yuck!) is the best fing02.gif In the summer we pretty much cook everything on the grill. Hint: the key to good chicken wings is to par boil first, then crisp em up on the grill, then put whatever sauce you want on them before you pull them.
And: regardless of what the bottle says, always marinate for at least 24hrs. Huge difference!

yea, i think a great griller can cook great chicken. me, i'm a sub-par griller. i make awesome ribs and steak, but my chicken is always dry (even if i do boil before i grill them).
