What's up with afternoon postings?
So this has been going on for about a week now. Right around noon to 1pm central time, there are about a dozen new threads that pop up, all within about an hour of each other. They're totally different (different subjects, members, forums), but it's been almost a week straight that there's like 10 new topics, all with no replies, showing up right around the same time in the afternoon. Weird?

Wasnt me. People must just be bored or something.
As for the forum...it always explodes with activity in the afternoon. We'll get 20-30 threads before the day is over with. Its always been that way. I think people tend to have more questions later in the day versus first thing in the morning, which makes sense. Plus, west coast people posting at noon (lunch time) is usually 3:00 for people on the east coast. So it varies with time frames and stuff. But you can always count on tons of activity during the week in the afternoons, a little slower during the weekends as thats when people are out doing things, and then it will pick back up again on Mondays...

Yeah, it's been going on for a long time, not just the last week. Typically it's 2:30CST, but every once in a while it happens an hour or two early. Seriously, 25-30 new threads within an hour time frame. I can't explain it, other than an after lunch coma period where people decide to post their thoughts on the forum. It comes from regular members, not trolls, and people from different time zones. It's soooo weird!

I assumed it was lunch break, but it's odd that there's so many NEW posts at lunch (usually 10-20) versus the only about 5-10 NEW posts we get after work. It's just weird to see almost an entire page of posts with 0 replies, and all around 2-3pm central time. I suppose that's lunch for the west coasters, but kinda late for central or eastern time.

Plus I think when people start to see the crazy afternoon activity, everyone starts posting to join in on it. I asked a few members about it in the past and that was their responses.
