Just saw an unmarked mustang pulling someone over. Looked like a 100% stock one except it had a light strip in the grill and in with the rear window tint. Couldnt even tell it was a cop unless the lights were flashing.

In the US, unmarked police cars are never foreign. Gives you a hint if you're looking for them.

I got pulled over by normal looking Pontiac with tint, even the cops were in regular clothes, they were the biggest a**holes I ever had to deal with. Any late model domestic might be a cop.

they can pull you over where you guys live. I'm about 99% sure unmarked cars here can only radio to marked cars to pull people over. Like they'll use them to dupe people into racing.

You could probably get away with not stopping for a while if an unmarked is on your ass. In order for any police officer to pull you over they need both audible(siren) and visual(lights) warnings. That's pretty much it. At least that's how it is in SC.

local county sheriff uses unmarked white Tahoes with black wheels.
nearby city uses Dodge Chargers, some Magnums - black or silver.
Metro-Nashville PD has a special task force for aggressive drivers, usually impalas. Some red, some black.
VICE uses anything available to blend in. I've seen Nissan Titans to minivans.

I was told by my recent salesman that Metro PD recently bought a black GC. I don't know what they're going to use it for, whether undercover highway patrol or vice, but it's out there lurking somewhere.

We have a lot of undercovers here. I've seen BMW SUVs before.

Whatever they are, they light up like Christmas trees!! Blue lights in the windows, grill, license plate, fog lights, reverse lights, anywhere they can fit a strobe they will. We're mainly all LEDs now. It saves the alternators quite a bit from what I've heard.

Chargers, Tauruses, Impalas, marked and various levels of unmarked. The stealth highway enforcement cars are veeeeery close to stock-looking chargers.
